Lower right back pain. Our backbone
contains a lot of complex bones and joints that are spread from our neck to

they can cause pain under our right shoulder. The chances of gallstones are
increases when you eat diet containing large amount of fat. So by avoiding from
fat you can get better and get rid of it.
Tumors and cysts can cause back pain
The two major causes of lower right back pain are tumors and
cysts. Although both are medically different but they equally effect your
spine. Cysts cause degenerative changes in your spine. Cysts can persist your
spinal nerve root that can cause diseases related to nerves. The symptoms of cysts
include legs weakness especially when you walk for a long time instead walking
short distance.
Tumors persist your spinal cord
as compared to spinal root nerve in cysts. The symptoms of tumors are back pain
which can also moves to the other parts of the body, feeling trouble while
walking and weakness of muscles. These tumors may be cancerous or non
cancerous. So if you find the symptoms of tumors contact your doctor as soon as
possible.
Sleeping style and posture
Another cause of lower right back pain or lower left
side may be because of you sleep on that side. The good way to sleep on your
back. Experts say that sleeping on back is the healthier way as compared to any
other position of sleeping. The people who sleep stomach side face a lot of
health issues because you have to squeeze your head in order to breathe.
In this way the muscles of one
side of neck get shorten. The stomach sleepers mostly suffer from the lower
back pain because pelvis gets lean which causes the shortening of the muscles
of the back and legs. If you are sleeping at your back and still facing the
lower back pain than you have to take care and adjust your leg position.
So you have to sleep on your back
with your legs remain as straight as possible. Remind yourself to sit at your
sitting bone and don’t cross your legs. When you have to stand for some time
like at bank in the line you must take care, keep your feet parallel and
balance your weight not stand at one leg or swing your leg outside.
Treatment for lower right back pain
Some of the people thought that the best way to cure is proper medication and to take bed rest. But this way is not good instead you should do exercise. You have to take the
lower back pain serious. If you take proper rest and medicine and even than you don’t get better than you might get MRI or X-Rays and went to
the orthopedic for treatment. These all treatments are temporary and not for long term.
You will feel pain while doing some works but you don’t have to quite all of your activities. Exercise will definitely help you to prevent from right side back pain. Your inactive life style is the most danger thing because it is the biggest cause of the lower back pain. You can make a thorough exercise plan for your back pain.
You can get rid of it for a long time which means to make sure it will not return back in your life by just sticking to a simple fitness plan with some extra stretches and exercise for back pain.
But if the pain is increasing day by day and you are not getting any relief or you start feeling symptoms of paralysis than it will be better for you to consult with your doctor. Some people get treatment that is not needed at that time and make themselves a patient. The reason is that medication is the only thing that a person can get easily.
It has been proved scientifically that keep moving is the best way to fight
